The only other time I made tres leches cake, it had been extremely soggy, so this time I tried Pioneer Lady’s recipe. I created it the night before, and wound up sort of draining plenty of liquid off each morning then continuing to refrigerate it right up until night. Then I topped it with the sweetened whipped cream and berries. It was great!So
